An alarm activation will allow our trained professionals at our state-of-the-art Community Command Centre to view real-time video footage of the area where the alarm was triggered to verify whether an emergency condition exists.

What do I need to have?
You will need an existing monitoring and response agreement with Blue Security or a new one. While our sales and technical staff can assist you in these areas, you will need a compatible alarm panel linked to our control room, an existing or new compatible CCTV system, uncapped internet, preferably fibre with 20 mbps up/down min. line speed, your static IP/ DYNDN and a Dedicated Network Port available on the router or switch for linkup.
Can I self-monitor my Video Verification system?
No. you will receive video clips of alarm activations and should this be an unlawful activity your Blue Security Armed Response and law enforcement will be alerted.
