Incident: Copper Pipes & Miscellaneous Theft
On 2nd January 2025 at 06:10, Blue Security’s Tactical Ambassador spotted a suspect walking with a black plastic packet and a large spirit level. Noticing copper piping sticking out from the side of the packet, the Tactical Ambassador decided to investigate further.
Upon inspection, it was found that the packet contained 8 pieces of bent copper piping, showing signs of being forcibly removed, along with a tap mixer and 5 meters of electrical cable. It is believed that these items were stolen.
The suspect and the stolen property were handed over to members of SAPS Pinetown, and the suspect was charged accordingly. A big thank you goes to the members of SAPS Pinetown for their prompt response and assistance in this case.
