“My partner and I were on our way to Durban Addington Hospital when we hit a pothole shortly after coming off the Main Road offramp on the M7. The impact damaged both tyres and rims, forcing us to pull over.
Almost immediately, a Blue Security vehicle stopped behind us, and JJ, your Tactical Ambassador, stepped in to assist. Despite the severe damage to the tyres and rims, which could not be resolved on-site, JJ offered genuine support and stayed with me. My partner, who needed to be admitted to the hospital, was able to arrange transportation with a colleague. JJ remained by my side until someone arrived to collect me and the vehicle, ensuring I felt safe throughout the ordeal.
His kindness and reassurance turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. It is rare to encounter such extraordinary individuals, and JJ’s actions will stay with me. Thank you for your care and for looking out for me in a time of need.”
