Campaign Duration

The EcoTank Giveaway Campaign runs from 1 March 2025 to 31 August 2025. Entries will be valid for the duration of the campaign only.

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents within the eThekwini Municipality who meet the entry criteria.
Employees of Blue Security, their immediate family members, or any associated partners are excluded from participating in this promotion.

How to Enter
New Clients: Any new client who signs up for monitoring and armed response link-up during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the draw.
Existing Clients: Any existing Blue Security client who books an 8-point security system check will also be entered into the draw.
Entries are automatically recorded once the respective deal or booking is processed.

Prize Details

Two (2) EcoTanks (950L water storage tanks) will be given away per month:
One (1) tank for a new sign-up client
One (1) tank for an existing client who books an 8-point security check
The EcoTanks will be delivered free of charge to the winners’ residences within the eThekwini Municipality.
Installation of the EcoTank is the responsibility of the winner and is not included in the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected each month from the pool of eligible entries.
The winners will be contacted by a Blue Security Customer Care representative using the contact details provided at the time of sign-up or booking.
If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected at Blue Security’s discretion.

Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Blue Security’s decision regarding the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion is not combinable with any other Blue Security promotions or discounts.
Blue Security reserves the right to amend or discontinue the campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

Blue Security is not responsible for any installation or additional wiring costs for any additions undertaken by the customer after the initial installation, unless agreed upon by both the customer and Blue.
