I wanted to let you know how awesome the guys at Blue have been, especially Renah and Alex, who have been exceptional in the way they handled my new security application (and those of my colleague who I referred to you guys as well).

They both have been proactive in contacting me, following up and generally being helpful – especially to someone who has never had a security system before and didn’t know the technicalities and how these things operate.

It is a shame that in this country, the level of customer service is really appalling, and I know this, being a manager in a service environment, and working in a large corporate institution. I have also experienced poor service from various other companies as well, and I sure somewhere along the  line, you have too. The thing is, too often we are quick to complain when things go wrong, but hardly ever commend people for going the extra mile and actually providing excellent customer service and making life easier for us.

Alex and Rinah have really made a positive difference in my and my family’s life, especially as we had just moved into our new house, so you know that there are a lot of stresses that come with that. The only sad thing about this, is that I have received such great service from a company that I obviously would prefer never to have to contact, since contacting you would most likely be in the event of something negative, given the type of business you run

Nevertheless, I appreciate all that Rinah and Alex have done, and with people like this, your business can only go from strength to strength.
