On Tuesday 27 July my colleague and I went to the Madam Zingara show at Sun Coast Casino and on returning to the St. James Hotel we discovered that we were locked out and that the security guard on duty was nowhere to be found.

We noticed a Blue Security sign on the hotel  and called the number to ask if Blue could contact someone at our hotel to open up for us.
Your call centre attempted to contact someone and there was no answer from the contact people at the hotel, which was not to my surprise as I had tried numerous times to call the Hotel.

Without me even having to ask for assistance your call centre informed me that they would send a response vehicle out to my location to wait with us until the incident was resolved.

I want to say a big thank you to your team that assisted. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and colleagues in Durban.
