I am a Blue Security customer both at home and in Florida Road where I own my restaurant Mo's Noodles.

I placed a phone call through for a car theft which happened up the road from us in Rapson Road. The reaction officer  arrived promptly and was unbelievable.   Being women he put us at ease, re-assured us and took control of the situation swiftly and correctly. Once receiving information about the vehicle which was stolen he went in pursuit of it.

I called the control room back and the staff member was refreshingly helpful and polite and moreover the reaction officer had already sent her the necessary information to dispatch other vehicles. My friends stood in awe of the service we received and this made me feel proud to be a customer of Blue Security. 
 
A big thank you to both the staff who attended to me, you really are appreciated from my side. Customer service is after all what we are left with once our possesions have been stripped from us!
