On Saturday evening we experienced some disturbance from our neighbours who were having a party. The loud music and screaming went on past midnight and at about 1pm I phoned the SAPS to complain about the noise. I then phone 10111 and laid another complaint. A good half hour passed and no one came.

Then it came to me to call Blue Security. As quick as a flash we had a fully armed reaction officer in our yard who knew immediately what the problem was as he had heard the same racket throughout the night.  He went to the premises and spoke to the owner. Unfortunately, the owner was very arrogant to him and didn’t stop the music.

I really appreciate it that your reaction officer came to our assitance.

Often companies do not deliver on what they promise but we have never had that problem with Blue Security.
