To the officers who responded to my son, Calvin’s panic call I would like to thank them for their speedy reaction. Calvin had informed us of where he was going and shortly after he left the house I heard gunshots, so when I received the call from the security officers I immediately thought the worst. My husband went straight away to look for Calvin and at the same time your officers arrived at our house. My husband found Calvin who was totally unaware he had pressed the panic and to make matters worse his phone was on silent! Please accept my apologies and please don’t stop responding to these calls. I know it can be tedious for you to receive these false alarms but of course there could be that time it's for real and I pray you respond to every call as you did in Calvin’s case. We have been a client of Blue Security for many years and always find you accommodating and proactive when we have a problem. Thank you again for caring and for your prompt response.
