I just wish to place on record my sincere thanks and gratitude to your staff for their help on Sunday 29 May. My brother was attacked and stabbed at a petrol station and need 30 stitches in his arm.  Your armed response office, Lenny, was superb -  professional and courteous. He went beyond the call of duty.

Your staff made sure my brother was safe while I was en-route to the scene, and all you staff conducted themselves in a manner in which you can be proud of.
