April 2011

Thank you Blue Security for your amazing service - Carli and Carl Beneke, Kloof. April 4, 2011.

On Thursday 31 March 2011, at 03:10am, our home in Kloof was broken into. Even though our housemate saw the criminals and shouted at them, they still threw an outside table through a window. By the time our housemate had called my husband and they had arrived on the scene, the criminals had fled with my handbag and a laptop bag - this all happened in about two minutes.

By the time I got there, Blue security and the Police were already there! I was absolutely amazed. Never in my entire life have I ever experienced such good service from anyone!

I am from Pretoria and there is no service like this there. Neither have we ever experienced such good service from anyone in Durban during our stay here.

After the incident, Blue's technical department phoned to ask if there was anything else that they could assist us with, and to make sure that we were OK. What an amazing feeling to feel safe and to know that someone truly cares about our safety and well-being.

Last night (04 April @ 12:05) our alarm went off because our power tripped. My husband put the power back on, forgetting that he'd armed the whole house, and the alarm went off. Not even a minute later Blue Security called to find out if we were OK. As we put down the phone down the Blue Security Reaction car was in our yard. The Reaction Officer checked the whole yard for us! I mean, you don't get service like this any where!

Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us and for making us feel so safe.

Unfortunately, we are relocating to Limpopo next weekend to a farm, and we are not sure if there is armed response there. But we will be sure to tell everyone we meet, everywhere we go, about the amazing, fast people and the response from Trust Blue Security!

Guys stay the amazing and fast company / people you are. You make us feel safe all the time!

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!  AND THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH!

All the best.

Kind regards,

Carli & Carl Beneke
