To Whom it May Concern

I would like to sincerely thank Blue Security and in particular the staff in the control room and the gentleman who came to assist me early on Monday morning at my home.

The main water pipe burst and I was awoken at about 1.30am with a fountain of water outside my bedroom window.  I tried to switch off the water inside the property but then discovered it was necessary to go outside and switch off at the meter.  I decided to phone and see if you had a car in the area and if someone would perhaps assist me with a torch and security – unfortunately I did not get any names but the person who took my call as well as the gentleman who arrived to help were incredibly polite and very willing to help me out. 

All of this in spite of the fact that I am not a member of your security company and had advised your control room staff of this fact.

Once again, sincere thanks to you all and I am happy in the knowledge that "everything that goes around comes around" and your staff will be rewarded for their help in some small way one day.
