To whom it may concern

I take this opportunity to commend Blue Security on their service excellence.

This evening I travelled back from Richards Bay, as I work as an external debt collector for the financial institutions, I was in the possession of two of their motor vehicles. I had been advised by a friend that I must be wary as I approach my home as there had been three attempted hijacking in the area around my home.

I decided to stop at Waterfall Shopping center where I approached two reaction officers, one from ADT Security and another from Chubb Security. I explaned the situation and asked if it would be possible for them to possibly give me an escort home. Both officers blatantly ignored my request and upon asking again was told NO.

I then saw a Blue Security reaction officer and again explained the situation and requested if possible an escort home. The reaction officer, asked me where I stayed, and advised he would follow me. He kindly escorted myself and my wife who was in the other vehicle home and I was very impressed as he waited till we were in the house before driving off. I would like to thank Blue Security and in particular the reaction officer, his name is Elias, for the service par excellence. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to each and every one of my friends that is currently with Chubb or Adt security and will strongly suggest they adopt Blue Security.

As for Chubb and Adt, I can honestly say that in all my years I have never been treated so rudely by the service industry. I suggest that both these companies take a leaf from Blue Security's book and look to train their staff accordingly
