We would just like to put on record our sincere thanks and appreciation for the prompt service we received last night after an attempted break-in via our front sliding doors.  Control room phoned immediately and stayed on the phone all the time till help arrived.  Your men arrived in minutes and searched the grounds. When they felt the intruders had gone they then lifted the sliding door which had been removed from its runners and replaced same. It was a very frightening experience and the calm manner the men showed helped to keep us calm.  My thanks to the control room lady who chatted to me all the while we waited for help.  I'm only sorry I didn't get names but was not thinking too quickly!

PS:  I even appreciated the lecture I got from your man when he saw where I had the key to the tellidoor!  I can assure him it now hangs well away from the door!
