BLUE ALERT FOR HIGHWAY AREA FOR WEEK ENDING 28 FEBRUARY

Gillitts, Ashley Drive. Housebreaking  (21 Jan, 11:43)    
A black male jumped over the fence and entered the garage which was open. A radio and bicycle was stolen. When resident saw the suspect he gave chase but suspect ran into the bushes and escaped.

Gillitts, Halstead Road.  Housebreaking  (21 Jan, 11:57)
Driveway gates and lounge door was forced open. A hi-fi, TV and computer were stolen.

Padfield Park, Steere Road.  Housebreaking  (21 Jan, 17:54)
The rear small bedroom window was broken and entry gained. A microwave, hi-fi and an undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.
   
Crestholme, Rainbow Road. Housebreaking / Robbery  (22 Jan, 02:31)
A staff member who lives on the premises was robbed by 3 black males. Suspects took a TV, DVD player, radio and 2 pairs of soviet takkies. Suspects fled in residents vehicle but the vehicle stalled near the Inanda Road Service Station and suspects fled. Bakkie recovered but items were not.

Wyebank, Dhalia Road. Housebreaking  (26 Jan, 12:03)
Entry gained via fence which was cut at the front. Suspects got into the garage area. Tools were stolen.
