Organisations such as PSIRA who are the Private Security Industry’s regulatory authority and SASA who are South Africa’s own security association. We’re also a Corporate member of SAIDSA, the South African Intruder Detection Services Association, all of which means that we keep our fingers on the pulse of all the issues that ultimately affect you, our customer.

PMR Awards 

The PMR awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions - with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and customer satisfaction. A company, department, institution and individual cannot “enter” the research process but must always be nominated and rated by the respondents. The awards represent competitiveness, effectiveness, excellence, leadership, competency, resilience and indicate customer service and customer satisfaction. The highest rating that a company can achieve is the Diamond Arrow award, which recognises the recipient as the undisputed leader in its field. 

In 2006 Blue was awarded a Bronze Arrow and 3rd overall in the Security category. In 2007 we won a Silver Arrow award and took 2nd place overall, in 2008 we upped the stakes by winning a Golden Arrow and 2nd place. In 2009 Blue again took gold and was rated 1st overall.

As recognition of the investment that company has made in customer service, 2010 sawn Blue Security achieve 1st place overall for the second year in a row, and have gone one step further, clinching the Diamond Arrow Award as the highest rated security company in KZN.

Not bad for a local company competing against two of the biggest security companies in the world.
